ATTENTION HUNTERS: Please do not cut off the shanks on your deer, we use these to hang your deer in our cooler for proper aging.

Also, any bloodshot meat is disposed of, because we feel that it is not edible.

We have limited freezer space, all processed meat must be picked up within 24-hours of being notified or a $5.00 per day storage fee will be applied.  If  arrangements have not been made within 10 days of being notified then your meat will become the property of Joanis Family Processing and will be donated to a local charity.
